At The Dogfather UK, we offer a range of premium dog care services including dog walking, doggy daycare, dog boarding, and professional dog training. Our services are designed to cater to the needs of busy dog owners in South West London, Surrey, and West Sussex.

Simply fill out the contact form on the website. We will then email you our list of services and prices. If you would like daycare services, we will need you to sign an authorisation form and provide copies of vaccination records.

We will discuss your dog’s suitability to daycare or walks and go over any special requirements from you. We are able to cater for a wide range of temperaments and will try our hardest to integrate your dog in a safe and secure setting. For our Sussex site, we like to have a 'meet & greet' in person where possible.

Immediate starts are possible! Once we have vaccination details and relevant forms filled in and returned to us you will be able to book services straight away.

We do not provide packages or bulk discounts however we do provide a “repeat service” option where the same day, each week auto schedules for you, removing any admin for you on our portal and guarantees you a space on Dog walks or at our Surrey daycare and West Sussex daycare sites. Services booked as part of a “repeat service” are charged at a lower rate which depends on how many days in a week your “repeat service” consists of.

If using a repeat service you will usually have the same days each week booked for you however you can amend these as per our T&C’s if you need additional flexibility. If a repeat service is not for you, then you can book ad-hoc as and when you need us.

Yes, we offer complete flexibility, whether its for Holiday cover or during School term time or for a single day each year!

You can use the portal up to 5pm the night before you need a service to start. You can book after this via WhatsApp or Email. Same day bookings can also be raised but will need to be requested before 09:00am and will be dependant on availability.

Yes, ad-hoc bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 5pm the day before the service is due to start. Repeat Services can be changed to another date or cancelled if within our cancellation notification period.

We allow full cancellations but charges may apply. Cancellation policies can be reviewed in full in our T&C’s or sent separately upon request. Due to the large number of services we provide, we do not have a single blanket cancellation policy.

All bookings are made, amended or cancelled via our online portal which you can use on your laptop, tablet or smart phone. You can also raise these via Whatsapp or Email.
