"My Dog is a rescue.... she is nervous and jumpy, we have tried her with another dog day care and it went really badly... Dom is super patient and he loves dogs... the fist weeks I dragged her to the door when the dog father car( not van!) turned up. Now , a month later, she runs to the door... they send gorgeous videos and it’s clear Indy LOVES it there... "Dom & The Dogfather team are fantastic. We started using them for our pup about 6 months ago, and have used a number of their services--day care, half-day care, weekend walks, and overnight boarding. After meeting with a number of local (and non-local) walkers & companies, we decided Dom & team were the best, and haven't regretted our decision. My dog waits patiently at the door for her walker to show up every day, and then goes bananas when she hears them arrive. The Dogfather offers amazing flexibility--the client portal is very convenient and easy to use, and I can book/cancel services really simply. The daily updates and photos are a nice perk, and let me know she had a great day out with her pack. Our pup has some specific requirements (for example she needs to be kept on lead, and fed when she gets home), and the Dogfather walkers happily comply with these requests. In the past when she was permitted to be off lead and she rolled in something stinky, the walker would give her a bath--which is excellent customer service. If issues do arise--a minor injury or upset tummy, for example--these are always flagged and followed up. On the very rare occasion I've discovered a problem myself, I've always received immediate attention and a fix. I love coming home to my tired and happy dog.
