The organisation of booking services and arranging collections is very clear and thorough, Teemu loves the people who come to collect him (Laia especially) & having the home collection aspect is a game changer. An absolute cherry on the top is the update email every day about how he’s been behaviour-wise, an overview of what he got up to, and photos from the day itself.
